As SRM ENERJİ; we approach the issue of securing and processing the personal data of our customers, subscribers and employees, including our Company and related persons, within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and international agreements on human rights to which our country is a party, and the relevant legislation, primarily the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In this context, we would like to enlighten you as the Data Controller within the scope of KVKK.
Your personal data that you share with our company as a customer, subscriber, supplier or employee may be processed in accordance with the KVKK, in connection with and in proportion to our activity and service purposes, and may be transferred to third parties in Turkey and abroad, stored, used for profiling and classified.

As the data controller, your personal data may be processed by our Company, without compromising our quality that has been going on for years, to understand your needs by getting to know you better, to respond to your requests faster and to provide you with better service by improving our communication with you and to offer you more personalized products, services and offers, to analyze to do these, to inform you about our products and services, to measure your satisfaction with our products and services, to develop and diversify our products and services in line with your requests and needs, and to carry out the necessary quality and standard audits or to fulfill our reporting and other obligations stipulated by the legislation.
Our employees’ data may be processed by our Company or real or legal persons that our Company cooperates with or authorizes, in addition to the obligations stipulated by the Labor Law and labor and social security legislation and other legislation in force, within the scope of our human resources policy or for operational reasons such as increasing the performance level and employee satisfaction and ensuring occupational safety and peace.

Your personal data may be shared within the Group companies within the scope of the purposes listed above, in accordance with the KVKK and the legislation in force, and may be transferred domestically or internationally, including but not limited to; our business partners, business contacts, performance assistants and subcontractors, in line with the purpose of the service we provide or in cases stipulated by the legislation regarding regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities.

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically within the scope and purpose specified above.
Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically by our Company or real or legal persons processing data on behalf of our Company, including but not limited to the ones listed, through tools such as the website, various contracts, mobile applications, e-mail, application forms, consumer complaint forms, social networks, bulletins, written or verbal communications made with our Company, etc. Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner
You have the right, within the framework of the KVKK and other applicable legislation, to:
i) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
ii) Request information if your personal data has been processed,
iii) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
iv) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
v) Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
vi) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,
vii) Request notification of third parties to whom your personal data is transferred when you request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and deletion or destruction of your personal data,
viii) Object to the emergence of a result against you by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems,
ix) Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data. You can send us your request regarding the use of these rights in writing or in accordance with this method if a separate method is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
