This information text has been written to inform you about the personal data processed by SRM POWER ENERJİ ELEKTRİK PANO SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİC. LTD.ŞTİ. (Company), which has the title of data controller, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). • Your camera footage records, vehicle data such as license plate in case our workplaces are visited,
•If you become a business partner of the COMPANY, your data such as activity certificate, professional chamber registration and similar professional data obtained within the scope of the execution of the contract, as well as bank account number, IBAN, signature circular, invoice information,
• Your digital trace data such as IP address,
• If you choose to register or become a member of our services via social networks within the scope of this Personal Data Protection and Data Policy, you grant the COMPANY the authority to process, transfer and store the data sent to us by the social networks in question.
2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data: Your personal data will be processed by the COMPANY for the following purposes:
• Implementation of the COMPANY policies and ensuring the company organization,
• Provision of services that the COMPANY outsources from suppliers and that are necessary for the COMPANY to carry out its commercial activities,
• Fulfillment of the COMPANY’s obligations arising from the legislation,
• Performing the necessary quality and standard audits of the COMPANY or fulfilling its reporting and other obligations determined by laws and regulations,
• Effective execution of the COMPANY’s activities,
• Recording information regarding all kinds of accesses made on the internet in accordance with the “Law on Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications”,
• Making promotions or notifications via SMS,
• Conducting direct marketing by member organizations that cooperate with the COMPANY,
• Answering calls from you and to respond to your support needs,
• To develop our current and R&D applications and to market the product during the management process,
• To review your COMPANY account upon your request or in case of complaints on social media,
• To finalize the complaint in case of a complaint regarding the services we provide,
• To use in various statistical evaluations, database creation and market research without disclosing the identity of the user,
• To increase service sales for the COMPANY, to ensure marketing and customer satisfaction analysis
• It may be processed for the purpose of ensuring general security and building safety.
3. Persons / organizations to whom personal data may be transferred for the purposes specified above;
Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant public institutions and organizations, offices from which legal consultancy services are received, auditing firms, business partners, shareholders, service providers, existing and future companies affiliated with the COMPANY within the scope of the obligations imposed on the COMPANY in the legislation for the purposes specified above.
4. Data Collection Method and Legal Reasons:
Your personal data may be collected by the COMPANY for the purposes specified above, through verbal, written, visual or electronic methods and for legal reasons arising from legislation and contractual obligations, primarily Law No. 6698.
5. Your rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK:
You may apply to the COMPANY to;
a) learn whether your personal data has been processed,
b) request information if processed,
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) learn the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad,
e) request correction if processed incompletely / incorrectly,
f) Personal Data Protection
You have the right to request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the ASİ Law,
g) request notification of the above-mentioned transactions to third parties to whom the data is transferred,
h) object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively by automatic systems,
i) to request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.
Your requests in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires costs, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied. In case the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection shall be justified in writing or electronically.
